A Japanese man was arrested in the Philippines for punching a Filipina lawyer - Maria Esperanza Christina Garcia-Codilla (daughter of Cebu Governor Gwendolyn Garcia). She claims that Tanaka punched her in the back after telling her that she should not have placed her pushcart in front of the luggage carousel at Manila Airport.
